We now have 12-metre, 75,000Kg snatch straps available in stock!

Safety is of utmost importance when using snatch straps. Please ensure that all individuals involved in the recovery operation are kept at a safe distance when applying tension. Never place a strap over a towball or wrap it around the axle, as this can cause the strap to tighten around the axle and potentially get cut if there are sharp edges.

Our snatch straps are manufactured with high-quality webbing and include anti-recoil straps for added safety. We offer stock lengths, and custom lengths can be ordered to suit your specific requirements. The snatch straps are made from nylon webbing, which has the ability to stretch up to 10-15% before reaching its full effect.

To secure the anti-recoil strap, we recommend using two 6-tonne shackles.

The 12-metre, 75,000Kg snatch strap weighs approximately 23.2kg.

These 75,000Kg snatch straps are suitable for SP Harvesters, SP Boomsprays, larger 4WD vehicles with air-seeder combinations, as well as B-Double and Road Trains. They can handle approximately 450-500HP pulling, particularly with wheeled tractors.

For optimal recovery performance, we recommend using a bridle on the stuck machine, especially for SP Sprayers and Harvesters. The bridle attaches to two positions on the vehicle, allowing for a center line pull that controls the direction of the force and evenly distributes the load. We offer a 6-metre bridle rated for 75,000Kg.

For the bridle, you will need two 12-tonne rated shackles.

All our shackles are European rated.

We offer daily shipping throughout Australia.

Please always respect the inherent dangers associated with using snatch straps around machinery. It is vital to follow all instructions carefully, secure the anti-recoil straps when provided, and exercise common sense at all times.

Our snatch straps have undergone destruction tests using a purpose-built test bench. They are designed to break at the sewing ends to form the eye.

If the webbing strap is cut or damaged, it should not be used. Safety is paramount, and compromised straps must be replaced.
