Never place a strap over a towball or wrap the end of the snatch strap around the axle and secure it with a shackle through the loop. This improper usage can cause the strap to tighten around the axle, potentially leading to cutting or damage, particularly if there are sharp edges.

Each snatch strap includes anti-recoil straps as an additional safety feature. We offer stock lengths, and custom straps can be ordered to meet your specific requirements. Made from durable nylon webbing, our Snatch Straps have a stretching capacity of approximately 10-15% before reaching their full effect.
To secure the anti-recoil strap, we recommend using a 6T shackle, with two shackles required. These shackles provide a reliable attachment point for the anti-recoil strap.

For the 100,000Kg rated Snatch Strap, a 35 Tonne Rated Shackle is recommended, which weighs 18.5kg. Please be assured that the weight is correct, as this shackle is specifically designed for heavy-duty applications.
To ensure efficient recovery, it is recommended to use a bridle on the stuck machine, especially for SP Sprayers and Harvesters. The bridle attaches to two positions on the stuck vehicle, allowing for a center line pull that controls the direction of the pull and spreads the load distribution to two points.
Our 100,000Kg rated 6-meter Bridles are priced at $649.00inc gst. Each Bridle requires two 17.5 Tonne Rated Shackles, which can be purchased separately at an additional cost of $95.15inc gst each.
